Return Process

Please email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For any damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging to help our experts investigate the quality concern.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our specialists will review your request and, where applicable, provide a return authorization code and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
- 4.Resolution and Refund
Once approved, we will process a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
